Cross the high passes with a short viewpoint stop where road conditions allow. Descend through the valley corridor toward the old fort for a walk and lunch break nearby. These are transit areas, not a series of extended visits. Settle in the gorge area in the evening.

Gorge Town → Todra → Dunes

Leave the gorge area early, with a brief viewpoint stop before a short walk in the valley. Continue toward the dunes, allowing a lunch and rest break en route. A camel outing or vehicle access to a camp requires separate confirmation. This loop has one night near the dunes before the long return.

Dunes → Gorge Town → Northgate

Leave the dunes with an early start and travel west toward the gorge town, then over the passes back to Northgate. Allow proper lunch and rest breaks. This is the longest transfer of the loop, not another sightseeing day. Finish at the agreed drop-off point and avoid a tight onward connection.
